If you’re buying gifts this year, chances are there’s at least one person on your list that is obsessed with anything beauty-related. Let’s call that person the beauty lover. That’s the same person who can’t go to bed without following a strict skincare routine, which includes taking off any makeup, applying serums, eye cream, and a moisturizer—then finishing it all of with a luxurious face oil before laying down on a silk pillowcase.
Okay, in all honesty, I feel like almost anyone will enjoy a skincare gift that makes them feel and look good. And with the endless options on the market, it may be easier to start planning all the skincare gifts you’d like to buy for your family and friends.
To save you and myself some time, I gathered some products that I’ve tried and enjoyed and others that have excellent reviews online into this gifting inspiration post. I hope the post will be helpful as you can come back to it anytime to check for various skincare gift ideas for the beauty lover on your list this holiday season.
This Olaplex set includes a weekly hair treatment, shampoo, and conditioner that will help reduce hair breakage, strengthen hair and leave it shinier and healthier. The shampoo and conditioner are very nourishing and super moisturizing to help restore damaged hair.
A hand cream set is ideal for gifting to a colleague or someone you don’t know well, but you’d still want to get them something. These hand creams come in beautiful festive color packaging. They’ll also be wonderful to use as stocking stuffers.
My absolute favorite perfume! I’ve been purchasing this particular scent for years now, and I’ll highly recommend it to anyone. It’s the perfect floral scent that is not too sweet, not too overwhelming, yet super sensual and addictive.
I’ve tried Tatcha samples, and I’ve enjoyed every single drop of them. Their dewy skin cream is probably one of my favorites and has been in my “loves” for a while. This purify, treat, and hydrate trio is another excellent skincare gift idea for yourself or someone else. It allows you to try a little bit of each product before committing.
The clean dreams set by Beautycounter is another excellent gift idea for the beauty lover on your list. The eye mask in this set is made from cupro, which is a silk alternative. You also get a mini overnight resurfacing peel, which happens to be one of my favorite Beautycounter products. And the countertime tetrapeptide supreme cream, which works well at moisturizing and firming the skin.
This is definitely a splurge, but who wouldn’t love to get their hands on the Dyson Airwrap Hairstyler set. The different attachments allow you to curl, smooth, wave, and dry your hair with no extreme heat. This tool is so intelligent, and it will measure the temperature over 40 times every second (Wow!) to make sure you’re not burning your hair.
An ice roller will make a good skincare gift idea and is the perfect stocking stuffer. I use mine frequently, especially in the mornings when I feel puffy.
This facial steamer by Dr. Dennis Gross is going to hydrate and purify the skin in 9 minutes. It’s easy to use and great for dry and dehydrated skin. Just cleanse the skin, turn on the steamer, let it do its job for 9 minutes, then you can follow up with a peel, serum, and moisturizer.
A silk pillowcase has been all the rage for a while now. And it’s supposed to improve skin and hair hydration while also preventing fine lines and wrinkles. Something every beauty lover will appreciate.
