Fresh Raspberry Cake Recipe
Ingredients

eggs

sugar

tsp
baking soda
1
tsp
vanilla
lemon zest of 1 - 2 lemons

c
flour
1/2
c
butter
2
c
frozen raspberries
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
First, mix the sugar and eggs well. Then add the baking soda, vanilla, lemon zest, butter and flour to the mix.
Grease and flour the cake pan and pour the cake mixture. Add the frozen raspberries on top of the mix.
Bake for 25 minutes.
