Fresh Raspberry Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • lemon zest of 1 - 2 lemons
  • 1 c flour
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 2 c frozen raspberries

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • First, mix the sugar and eggs well. Then add the baking soda, vanilla, lemon zest, butter and flour to the mix.
  • Grease and flour the cake pan and pour the cake mixture. Add the frozen raspberries on top of the mix.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
