I looked for a double slit maxi skirt for so long until I found this one. Everything else I found online had slits that were really high and that just seemed super impractical for my lifestyle.
I’ve worn this particular skirt so many times. When I’m in a rush, I will just throw it on with a simple striped tee tucked in and some white sneakers. It’s such an easy outfit to wear when you’re running errands. The skirt has an elasticized waist which I love because it’s comfortable to wear even if I just had a huge lunch. Ha!
Now let’s talk about this white crop top. It’s really cute. I love the details on it, like the lace trim and all the ruffles around the edges. I feel like ruffles are always in style. They add a little feminine touch to every piece.
Originally I purchased this double slit maxi skirt and white top for Coachella day two. However, we ended up not going for the second day. This was our first Coachella and quite frankly after the first day, I was exhausted. Call me old, but the heat during the day, the crowds of people, and being up until 1 am was too much for me. I’m one of those people that just need their sleep. And if I don’t, my brain can’t function. Gone are the days when I could go on 2-3 hours of sleep. But hey, on the plus side I had a new outfit for summer!
