The most annoying thing about skin is breakouts, am I right? There is really nothing better than clear skin. Yes, you can wear makeup to cover up acne or blemishes, but even makeup looks so much better when you apply it to clean canvas.
So HERE ARE THE 3 SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE STEPS I TAKE DAILY TO ACHIEVE A CLEAR SKIN.
++ I start with the clarifying cleanser. Its main ingredient is Salicylic Acid, which is one of the acne’s biggest enemies. It’s a gentle cleanser so you can use it in the morning and evening, especially if you have really oily skin. I usually use it in the evening because it also does a great job at removing my make up. One thing that is great about this product is that it doesn’t leave your skin dry, but nourished and hydrated.
++ Then I get my breakout treatment. This is such a great product. It contains chamomile which soothes the skin. While the benzoyl peroxide kills the bacteria that causes breakouts. It’s a strong product, so I use it once a day. Usually in the evening, after I cleanse my face with the clarifying cleanser. If you have a bit more oily skin, you can use it in the morning as well.
++ Finally, I apply one to two pumps of the Citrus-C healthy complexion. It helps even out the skin tone and smoothes the texture. The main ingredient here is retinol, so I always make sure to apply a high SPF sunscreen if I use it in the morning.
Okay and lastly, the acne clearing system comes with 5 oral probiotic supplements. Something interesting I learned after doing some research is that probiotic doesn’t just work in your gut, it actually helps ease anxiety and reduce stress levels. And stress can negatively impact your skin. You can either take the probiotic supplements daily or every other day, depending on your stress level.
Taking care of your skin should be a daily thing. You can’t see results after working out once, right? The same thing applies to your skin.
I personally love the acne clearing products by MD Complete. They are created by doctor Brian Zelickson, who has been named one of the “Top Doctors” in the United States. Next, I’d love to try their anti-aging line. I mean, have you seen the before and afters on their website? I have to admit, they are quite impressive.
Have you tried MD Complete’s products? Which product is your favorite and why?
