Easy Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

Makes 3-4 small pancakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 oats
  • cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  • Use a fork to smash the banana in a bowl.
  • Add the oats and egg and mix well. Then add the cinnamon and mix again.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a little bit of vegetable oil.
  • Then pour 1/3 of the mixture in the pan. Cook each side for about 1-1.5 minutes (or until golden brown).

Notes

You can drizzle some maple syrup, honey or mash berries on your pancakes. I personally like them as they are and they taste sweet enough to me.
