Antioxidants are major for your skin. Nowadays it is so easy to buy skincare products that contain antioxidants, there is still nothing better than feeding your skin from the inside first.
So what’s so good about this pink smoothie?
The ingredients.
Raspberries are packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. That’s why they are the main ingredient in this smoothie.
For a creamier texture, substitute the water with some almond milk or coconut milk.
HOT PINK SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups of raspberries
1 handful of strawberries
1 handful of blueberries
1/2 cup of water
1 handful of ice
Everything goes in the blender. Blend well. Enjoy.

I love strawberries and vanilla in my smoothies, but my real go to is banana, cocoa and instant espresso. Of course.
That sounds delicious, I think I need to try some recipes with instant espresso.
