So it’s the end of the summer and I’m kind of bummed I didn’t find this casual midi dress a bit earlier. I mean, it even has pockets. If that’s not a plus, I don’t know what is.

Obviously, the first thing that grabbed me was the color. I’ve been really into white lately – white loafers, skirts, dresses, tops. Just white everything and I’m not getting tired of it. I hope you’re not either. And yes, I know it’s past Labor Day, but does anyone still follows any rules when it comes to personal style? Nope.

Okay, but this casual midi dress is so cute. The fit and flare silhouette is really flattering, especially if you have broad shoulders. It helps balance out the bottom part of your body and creates more of an hourglass figure.

And then the length is absolutely perfect for any occasion. While the dress is quite casual, I think it can be a great transitional piece for fall. If you’re into an edgier look, just add a black leather jacket, some black booties, maybe even a fedora. Done!

I personally love the brown buttons on this casual midi dress. It adds some contrast and interest to the design.

Let’s talk about sizing. I’ve mentioned before that I’m usually a medium size, but when I’m getting clothes from this website, I size up and never had a problem. BUT It really depends on the clothes. The fabric on this casual midi dress has absolutely no stretch, which is the main reason why I sized up.

The bottom part is lined, so it is not see through.

Although it says the material is 100% cotton, it does get wrinkled easily. It feels more like a linen to me. But I like it because it doesn’t look cheap.

Also #shorthairdontcare. I wish I went a bit shorter than that but I’m glad I did something different. My hair was getting way too long. Do you guys love the new cut? Let me know in the comments section below.
