If you’re like me, you like the convenience of always having snacks in the pantry. They are easy to grab when you’re running out the door, or when you’re sitting at home and you feel kind of hungry but not hungry enough to have a whole meal. Not to mention my kids who are always looking for snacks in the pantry, which is another reason why I’d rather have some healthy snack options at all times. And this is exactly what we’re going to talk about today – snacks and some of the best healthy snacks on Amazon.
THE BEST HEALTHY SNACKS ON AMAZON
Peeled Snacks are great to carry in your purse, so you know you always have something healthy and sweet to munch on. They don’t have any added sugars or artificial ingredients, you only get the good stuff – fruits and vitamins. Peeled Snacks have a nice variety of options; you can either get the mango, apple, chili mango, or a paradise blend, which is a mix of mango, pineapple, and banana.
For a saltier option, I like these crunchy chickpeas. They are high in protein and fiber but low in calories. Also, try the Wasabi flavor if you want to snack on something spicy.
I love snacking on bars, but most are full of sugar and other unnecessary ingredients. I found that Lara Bars are delicious and usually have only 2-9 real ingredients, which are fruits, nuts, maybe some chocolate chip. No artificial flavors or sweeteners and the bars are incredibly flavorful. Try the cherry pie or blueberry muffin flavor!
Skinny Pop has a lot of different flavors, but my personal favorites are the salty ones, which is shocking because I have the biggest sweet tooth. I like salt & pepper, aged white cheddar. You can get them in small bags if you want to grab some when you are on the go, or you can get the bigger packs for those days when you are home and getting ready to watch a movie.
Okay, I’m not the biggest jerky fan until Gio found this sugar-free beef jerky a couple of years ago, and now it’s our absolute favorite. We’ve tried every other sugar-free jerky, but we haven’t been able to find one that tastes better.
Chips is good, but vegetable chips is a great healthier alternative and the perfect guilt-free snack. The mix includes sweet potato, purple sweet potato, taro, squash, carrot, and green beans. I also really like the fried green peas; they are so addicting.
These high-protein bites have a soft, chewy texture and melt in your mouth. Each bite has 4g of protein and is made of seeds instead of nuts. Simple delicious!
The crunchy puffs by I Heart Keenwah are a bit harder in consistency than Cheetos but quite filling. They are baked, not fried, gluten-free, and contain 5g of protein per serving.
These are everyone’s favorite, especially Liam’s, and they are delicious. The sea salt and rosemary sea salt are the flavors I buy most frequently. They are made of almond flour, sunflower seeds, and flax seeds. 17 crackers have 150 calories, and that is enough to fill you up.
