Mix the water, sugar, and berries in a blender and blend well.
Fill each glass with half of the mixture and the other half with champagne. Mix.
Garnish with some mint leaves and enjoy!
Notes
*The coconut sugar is optional, you can make the recipe without it. I personally don't add any sugar, but if you need a bit more sweetness to your drink, go for it.** TIP: You can use the rest of the berries blend in tomorrows smoothie. Just add some chia seeds, spinach, and ice.
